Return & Cancellation Policy

At our store, we want every shopping experience to be pleasant and fair. For this reason, we have created the following return and cancellation policy, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994).

1. Right of Withdrawal / Product Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product, without providing any justification.

For a return to be accepted:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned to its original packaging, accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. custom color, weave, initials) cannot be returned.

Return procedure:

Contact us at info@byklotho.gr within the 14-day period to inform us of your intent to return the item.
Once you receive confirmation, ship the item using a courier of your choice (return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error).
After inspecting the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.

Refunds are issued via the same method used for the original payment (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, etc.).

2. Product Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g. for a different design or color, subject to availability), please notify us within the same 14-day period. The process is the same as for returns.

3. Defective Products or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

a defective item, or
an item different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send us photos at info@byklotho.gr. If a fault or error is confirmed, we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

4. Order Cancellations

Before shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost, as long as you notify us as soon as possible at info@byklotho.gr.
After shipment: Cancellations are not possible. You will need to follow the return process outlined above.
