Product Delivery Policy

Every Klotho bag is not just shipped — it is born for you. Each product is 100% handmade, crafted with care and respect for the rhythm of creation. For this reason, there is no such thing as “immediate dispatch”, but rather a waiting period that accompanies authenticity.

1. Preparation & Shipping Time

Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. This time frame includes the making of your bag, as each piece is handcrafted individually, only after your order has been placed.

Should there be any delay (e.g. due to high order volume or material shortages), you will be notified personally via email.

2. Shipping Method

All orders within Greece are shipped via a trusted courier partner and include a tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

For orders within Greece shipping is free, regardless of order amount.

4. Cash on Delivery

If you choose to pay upon delivery (Cash on Delivery), an additional fee of €2.00 applies, paid by the customer.

5. Delivery & Inspection

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully. If the packaging appears damaged or altered, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
