How do I care for my bag?
With a gentle touch and a soft cloth. Avoid machine washing — but if you must, go for a gentle hand wash. Afterward, reshape it lightly with your hands before drying. Treat it with love, just like we do.

Can I request a custom design?
At the moment, all Klotho designs are thoughtfully chosen to reflect our identity. We don’t currently offer custom pieces or modifications, so we can stay true to the quality and aesthetic you love.

Are all bags handmade?
Each one is unique — crocheted by hand, at the pace it deserves. We never rush creation.

Can I order from abroad?
Absolutely! Just send us a message, and we’ll let you know how we can bring Klotho to your doorstep — wherever you are.

How much does shipping cost?
Every Klotho journey is free — we cover all shipping costs within Greece, with no extra charge to you.

When will my bag arrive?
Your bag is not just an item — it’s a creation, hand-crocheted with patience and care. That’s why it takes a little time: usually 7–10 working days to make it just for you. After that, it travels your way in about 1–3 working days.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover). You can also choose cash on delivery (with a small fee of +2€) or bank deposit.

Is it safe to pay by card?
Completely safe! Payments are processed through the Nexi XPay platform in a secure, encrypted environment that protects your data.

Returns & Cancellations

What if I want to cancel?
Cancellations are possible before the bag-making begins. After that, your order is considered a unique creation, and we carry on crafting it with love.

Can I change my order?
If we haven’t started crocheting your bag yet, we’re happy to discuss any changes. Just let us know as soon as possible!

Can I return the bag if I don’t like it?
Yes, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to send it back — as long as it hasn’t been used and is in its original condition. We want you to feel confident about your choice.
